Established in 1946 in Port Adelaide, a suburb of Adelaide, the capital city of South Australia by Jack and Harold Williams, J & H Williams Pty Ltd (the parent company of Williams Laser Cutting & Metal Fabrication) began initially as suppliers of plumbing fittings, and subsequently as plumbing contractors.

With the post war development, broader industrial opportunities became available, and the company moved into this field carrying out large-scale pipe work installation, particularly within the expanding motor industry.

Since our modest beginnings in 1946, we have evolved into a leading, dynamic engineering firm utilizing state of the art equipment and practices to offer a variety of light engineering services to numerous industries locally, nationally and internationally.
